The Concept
In my concept, I chose to be inspired by the fashion designer and film editor Tom Ford, because through his designs, there is an emphasis on feelings, comfort level and elegance that people experience as they wear his designs.
I chose to focus on certain key elements that are based on a meditative and relaxing experience with the use of natural elements that enhance the intimacy and the luxury in the suite.
His approach towards design is innovative and elegance-seeking — that when integrated with the hospitality and French ideals of design, it creates a perfect themed space for relaxation, luxury, well-being and technology.

Material Palette
The material palette is built through a gradient from warm to cool, raw to refined — each surface chosen for what it makes the guest feel.
gravel is used under the bed and the jacuzzi to bring in the atmosphere of meditation and calmness. beige silk, inspired by Tom Ford's 2019 womenswear collection, adds warmth and a sense of luxury to the space. Light grey parquet wood emphasises simplicity and elegance. Unfinished dark brown wood establishes a sense of balance in the gradient of colours. Dark grey unfinished wood parquet brings the intimacy and mysterious darkness of Tom Ford into the room.
Black suede leather unifies formality and smart-casualness together. black marble emphasises contrast and luxury in Mr. P's Suite. Black unfinished wood contributes contrast, warmth and masculinity.
Each material is not decoration — it is atmosphere.

Spatial Organisation
The suite is arranged around a central sleeping zone — a hanged bed angled diagonally, flanked by side tables, with a fireplace anchoring one wall. The bathing wing extends to one side: a freestanding bathtub, wash basin, and hanger occupy the open wet zone, with the jacuzzi embedded in a gravel platform that spills into the sleeping area.
A wet room houses a shower, toilet, and twin wash basins. A walk-in closet defines the dressing zone. At the foot of the bed: a minibar with integrated TV, a desk, and a long chair form the private lounge — compact, purposeful, sequenced.
Every zone flows into the next without threshold. The suite is one continuous inhabited experience.
